Please read all the General Conditions of Use and the entire Legal Notice which define the terms and conditions of access and use of the www.lavieclaire.com website before viewing it, accessible from the following URL addresses: www.lavieclaire.com, www.lavieclaire.fr and www.lavieclaire.eu (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) offered to Internet users by LA VIE CLAIRE (hereinafter referred to as the “Publisher”).

LA VIE CLAIRE offers information on the Site, divided by topic and based on business activity, sales outlet network and LA VIE CLAIRE products, as well as editorial content related to food and personal care based on natural and organic products.

5.2 Who is responsible for collecting and processing your personal data on this site?
The data collected is intended to be processed by LA VIE CLAIRE, the controller. Your data may be transmitted and communicated to subcontractors in charge of implementing the processing.
5.3 How long will your data be kept?
5.3.1 Personal data from loyalty program
Personal data collected as part of the loyalty program is kept for the duration of the membership.
In the event of termination, your data will be archived and anonymized for one year so that we can continue to develop our management support tools.
It’s automatically deleted after one year of inactivity in the program.
Invoicing and delivery data are kept on a legal basis for 10 years.
If you join again, you will need to create a new account from scratch, and your old points will not be recovered.

Personal data collected within the context of contact forms are kept for two years from the last contact. Beyond that, it will be anonymized for statistical purposes.

9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
8.1 The LA VIE CLAIRE Site, as well as the framework and services offered within it, are subject to changes and evolutions with no notification of any kind.
8.2 LA VIE CLAIRE reserves the right to unilaterally modify the terms of these Conditions. The new clauses will govern all future relationships between the Parties, and only the latest online version will be binding between them.
8.3 In the event that any provision of these Conditions is considered invalid by virtue of any present or future legal or regulatory provision, or by virtue of a court decision having the force of res judicata and issued by a competent court or body, such provision of the Agreement shall be deemed unwritten, and all other provisions of these Conditions shall remain in full force between the parties.
